Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the toy must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received (to maintain hygiene and safety for other families)
- Be sealed in its original packaging (with all tags, instruction manuals, and accessories intact)
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return (due to safety, hygiene, or resale viability):
- Opened toys (unless defective—see the “Exchanges” section below)
- Personalized or custom-made educational toys
- Clearance/sale items marked as “final sale”
- Toys with visible signs of use (e.g., scratches, missing parts, or damage from play)
To Complete Your Return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process returns. Do not send your toy back to the manufacturer—use the return address listed below.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these specific cases:
- Unused toys returned without original packaging (undamaged; 10% restocking fee applied)
- Toys returned 15–30 days after delivery (unused, in original packaging; 15% restocking fee applied)
- Items with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality or safety
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received the item.
- We’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved or rejected (e.g., for non-eligible items).
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items

Exchanges
